Terms of Use

By using heateddrivewaygta.ca you accept the rules on this page. Humber Surfaces Inc. runs it from 40 King Street West, Suite 5800, Toronto, ON M5H 3Y2, Canada.

1. Prices Shown Here

Ranges for prices and running costs come from published figures and official rates, as How it works explains. These figures are general information to help you plan. They do not count as a quote, an offer or professional advice about your property. After the visit, the written quote from the installer is what counts.

2. Visiting for a Quote

Call us or send a request, and we will pass it along to an independent installer. Any design, permit or installation agreement is made between you and that installer, under their terms. Their work, their warranty and any permits it requires are their own responsibility.

3. Requests and Calls

Your calls may be recorded. Give true contact details, and only details that belong to you. We can choose not to pass along a request if it appears automated or abusive.

4. Sites We Link To

So you can check a figure, pages link to official and installer sources. Those sites are not under our control, and we are not responsible for their content.

5. Liability

Humber Surfaces Inc. is not liable, as far as the law allows, if losses come from your reliance on the general information here or from an installer's work.

6. Law

The laws of Ontario govern these terms, together with the federal laws of Canada as they apply there.

7. Contact
