How Heated Driveway GTA Works

In Toronto and the nearby towns, Heated Driveway GTA prices heated driveways for homeowners. Those who want a quote visit are connected with one installer.

Where the Prices Come From

Our installed prices are the ranges that GTA installers post on their own price pages. For each system we use the lowest and the highest published figure, then multiply by your square footage. That way the range reflects what the market charges, not a single company's quote. Beside each table you will find links to those sources.

To work out running costs, we take the winter power prices the Ontario Energy Board has already fixed to start on 1 November 2026, the Enbridge Gas rates in its Toronto rate zone (in force since 1 October 2026), 50 watts of heat output per square foot taken from the design manual of a manufacturer, a boiler that meets the ENERGY STAR level of 90 %, and 4 to 6 hours of the system running for each snowfall.

Each October, when the board sets prices for the coming year, we re-read the electricity prices. The gas charges are re-read every quarter.

Requests and Calls

Calls to 1-833-859-5769 ring through to the installer we work with. Your call may be recorded, which helps the installer get your driveway details right. When you send a request through the quote form, it reaches that same installer, who then calls you to arrange a time for the visit.

The installer sets its own price when it visits, and that figure replaces the published ranges here.
